Youth and Children's Work
'Sunday School' has come a long way since the days of Robert Raikes!
Each Sunday there is something for children of all ages during the 10.30 service:
• An All-age service is held on the first Sunday of the month. A creche facility is available in the church.
• JC's College meets on the second Sunday - Bubbles (ages 0-4) meet in the Stone Building; Splash (ages 5-7) meets in the Church Centre and Xstream (ages 8-10) meets in the Youth Centre.
• Kids2Gether meets on the third Sunday in the Church Centre: this covers those in Splash and Xstream. Bubbles meet separately in the Stone Building.
• On the fourth Sunday, JC's College meets, as for the second Sunday.
• If there is a fifth Sunday in the month, Kids2Gether meets in the Church Centre, and Bubbles in the Stone Building.
• For Schoolchildren in Years 6-9, there is a Breakfast Club during term time, meeting on the second, third, fourth and fifth Sundays in the Youth Centre.
There are also activities for the older age groups (School Year 9 to A-levels) , plus "the Rock": mid-week clubs during term time for school years 3 to 11. For further information contact us.
